"That was the most painful dental experience of my life! I just went in for a cleaning, and first of all there were so many things I had to do. Then, when I finally got into the chair with the hygeniest, she kept hurting me sooo bad that I told her I was getting up and leaving and that's exactly what I did! WARNING! DON'T GO THERE!"

I don't know her name have not seen her in the office before but her conduct was intimidating and she did not listen when I told her no I was not going to sit in the dentist chair more than three hours Anyway besides that the work that was done was good and very exact."
"On my journey to 10 implants and the hardware for new snap in dentures and the dentures themselves I feel as though I became part of the family at that address. The beginning caused a little pain and discomfort. The healing time was painfully long. Through it all I felt I was in competent and skillful hands at all punctures. "On my very first visit I entered the Dental Touch with confidence having been sent here by the Veterans Clinic of the Villages as part of their Community Care Program. I knew in advance that they had to meet very high standards to qualify as a provider for veterans. My confidence was immediately validated. The reception area and outer office appear as any other dental office. However, once on the business side, any fan of Doctor Who would realize that you have actually entered a Time Machine. I’m not a big fan of technology, but they have eliminated all the false promises of technology and have harnessed it to provide its maximum benefit. Have no fear of robots taking over. The staff is fully human. Of course they are extremely professional, but that word professional always had the connotation of cold efficiency. They are the warmest, most caring people. I really wish that this was a barber shop because I would like to come here at least once a week just to be in their company. Everyone was great, but I must single out one person for special recognition, Chyree. The motto of the Dental Touch is “The gentle way to a bright smile.” Many people have dental anxiety. Chyree went above and beyond gentleness and actually delivered tenderness. I know that it may sound crazy, but I’ll be just a little bit disappointed when all my dental work is completed."

"I have had many visits in the last 2 weeks and they have all been wonderful. XRay staff Lee and another girl were so kind on my first visit. Then speaking with the woman in billing about all that needed to be done was even a great experience (usually not when it comes to cost of dental needs). Even checking in and out is great. Next visit to get my cleaning was great with the Hygienist. Then I have to have a deep cleaning which I was worried about but the Hygienist who did that was great. Then a few days later went in to have a tooth pulled and the other half of the deep cleaning done. Doctor pulled my tooth and moved me to a room where I could finish up with the cleaning and I assumed that the Hygienist would be in to complete that but nope the doctor her self did it. She could tell that I was a bit cold in the new room and asked for someone to bring in a blanket for me. Not sure what else I can say about this place and the staff they are all wonderful and try to as accommodating with my schedule and trying to get 80% done before I started my new job in 1 week.. I don't think I will ever be going to another dental provider. They are my new dental home and I will be setting up appointments for my kids and husband as well. Love The Dental Touch and all the staff I have encountered have been amazing!!!"
